An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to manage an exceptional residential care home based in the Corby, North Northamptonshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.
This is a residential care home which supports individuals with Autism and Challenging behaviour.
To be considered for this role you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs.
2. Effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care.
3. Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service.
4. Utilize your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the service's success.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Commitment to delivering high quality care.
2. Previous managerial experience in a similar environment.
3. Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.
4. Fine-tuned decision-making skills.
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
6. Flexibility and a strong 'can do' attitude.
