Contract: 3 Months
Hours: 45, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Weekly Pay
The Role
1. Point of contact for customers whose vehicles are in for servicing, MOT’s and repairs.
2. Keep customers informed of progress and advise of extra work if required.
3. Booking in vehicles for recalls.
4. Letting customers know vehicles are ready for collection.
5. Organise car loan bookings.
6. Process payments for the services required.
7. Being the first point of contact when customers enter the establishment and ensuring they have a warm and welcoming introduction.
8. Communication with customers through a variety of platforms to update them on the status of their vehicle as well as making them aware of any extra work needed and upselling any additional products.
9. Working effectively with a team of highly skilled technicians to prioritize customers' wants and needs whilst adhering to a demanding schedule.
10. Build personal relationships with customers, making sure they felt heard and valued throughout their experience with the company.
