What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the friendly face of our Independent Living Service – A person centric support service that enables people to build independence and remain living within their own homes and communities. Based at our Bath office, you'll bring your people skills and caring nature to every interaction, while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your role will be varied and rewarding:
* Being the first point of contact for customers and families, using your listening skills to understand their needs and concerns
* Building trust and guiding people through our support options with patience and empathy
* Setting up simple digital alarms that give our customers 24/7 peace of mind
* Creating comprehensive handovers to our Independent Living Officers, ensuring seamless support
* Processing referrals and coordinating with our support team to keep everything running smoothly.
While most of your work will be in Bath and North East Somerset, our service is growing into Bristol and North Somerset – perfect if you enjoy variety in your day. You'll split your time between the office and visiting people in their homes, giving you the best of both worlds.
