Tenth Revolution Group is hiring a Contract Administrator to join their busy and fast-paced team at our global HQ in Newcastle, close to central Metro and train station. We are a global recruitment agency, and you will be providing admin support to our US recruitment teams.
Please note, this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Due to the time difference, this position will require someone who is able to work the following work pattern on a full-time basis:
Monday - Thursday: 1.30pm - 10.30pm
Friday: 1.30pm - 9pm
This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience looking to move into a more administrative support function or someone who has worked supporting fast-paced sales teams.
As Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administrative tasks and compliance validations relating to all placements made by our American recruitment teams.
This is a hybrid position (after training and probation), with 3 days in the office, allowing you the flexibility to work alongside your colleagues and also from home.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, has strong attention to detail, and can remain positive and calm when last-minute things come up or deadlines are due! You will also need to have strong verbal and written skills, and confidence in communicating with others outside of your team is essential as you will be liaising daily with the sales teams around the world.
On a day-to-day basis, your role will involve (but is not limited to):
* Issuing contracts via DocuSign;
* Validation of all Candidate documents submitted during onboarding; ensuring full compliance with all country requirements;
* Data entry to maintain our internal CRM, accounting, and timesheet systems;
* Providing quality customer service to Sales teams, Clients, and Candidates;
* Assisting with the processing of Candidate background checks and drug screenings; ensuring that all pre-placement requirements and qualifications are met, in line with Client contractual requests;
* Working closely with our Legal department to manage requests and updates to Client and Candidate agreements;
* Collaborating with Sales teams to ensure all issues are resolved;
* Supporting and suggesting process improvements to assist the Support and Sales teams;
* Other ad hoc duties and projects as required within the role.
Skills and experiences we are looking for:
* Administrative experience, ideally in a Sales-oriented, corporate environment;
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
* Experience using CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and Sage is ideal but not required;
* Must be able to work the hours stated on an ongoing basis.
