Littlefish is seeking a Procurement & Supplier Manager to join our growing Finance team and establish best-in-class procurement practices from the ground up. You will report directly to the CFO.
This role involves:
* Working with the Chief Technology Officer to identify gaps in our delivery capabilities.
* Researching potential suppliers and partners.
* Selection of suppliers and partners.
* Negotiating contracts.
* Ensuring timely delivery and the maintenance of required quality.
* Maintaining senior relationships with suppliers.
* Developing and implementing procurement strategies.
* Monitoring and managing supplier performance.
* Assessing and mitigating risks associated with IT procurement.
* Leading supplier engagement on social value and modern slavery.
* Recommending and implementing process improvements.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
* Professional certification in procurement.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in IT procurement or a related field.
* Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent relationship management skills.
