Our learning mentors work in close collaboration with the Head of Year for their cohort of boys and with staff, parents and outside agencies in order to provide support, guidance and interventions that impact on student well-being, personal, social and emotional welfare and improve student behaviour, attendance and punctuality. You will also deliver intervention programmes with a small groups of selected students. Wheelers Lane is an established and successful school, where 72% of our students achieved grade 4 including English and Maths. 52% of students achieved grade 5 including English and Maths.
