An opportunity has arisen in our Ecommerce team and we are looking for a Customer Insight Manager to join us at our Harrogate Bakery, to cover a period of maternity leave. As a Customer Insight Manager, you will be responsible for providing the business (online and branches) with quality, actionable customer insight and foresight, and leading and enabling customer closeness and curiosity, bringing the customer to life in an impactful way throughout Bettys. You will also own CRM processes and segmentation across ecommerce, working closely with our CRM agency and managing our customer data.
This is a Full Time – 12 Month FTC role working 37.5 contracted hours over 5 days. If you would like to discuss flexible working, please provide more details in your application.
About You
You will have significant experience in Consumer Insight, preferably gained in an Ecommerce environment. You will be an expert in research initiatives, insights tools, and proven consumer research methods. You will have strong knowledge of CRM techniques and analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods, ecommerce tools such as GA4, and experience leading fact-based discussions to strengthen the brand.
