Salary: 27,040 - 33,280 GBP per year Requirements:
* We are looking for an IT Support Analyst who has experience in 1st and 2nd line support. You should have knowledge of Windows and Office 365, network and server management, hardware including PCs, laptops, and printers, as well as experience with Apple and Android mobile devices. Familiarity with office-based telephony is also essential.
Responsibilities:
* Your daily tasks will include answering calls and assisting users in person when possible. You will liaise with our Senior Support Analyst regarding issues that require additional support. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting daily checks such as verifying Office 365 logins, checking printers for errors, and monitoring backups.
