Rate: Circa £500 per day (Outside IR35)

About the Role
We’re working with an organisation specialising in foreign exchange.
They need an experienced Learning Consultant to take the lead across multiple areas of learning including content strategy, LMS strategy/implementation, module rollout and stakeholder/vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
✅ LMS Implementation: Support the selection, finalization, and rollout of their new LMS.
✅ Curriculum Development: Refine and structure their learning offering.
✅ Content Strategy: Manage a 50/50 blended learning approach, combining digital learning and workshops.
✅ Module Rollout: Oversee the launch of 200 learning modules in the next year, working with offshore developers.
✅ Vendor Management: Take ownership of relationships with LMS providers and content partners.
Who We’re Looking For
An all-rounder in Learning & Development with experience in LMS strategy/implementation.
Experience in curriculum design, content development, and blended learning.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and global stakeholders.
