Our client, a forward-thinking business in Woking, is searching for a motivated Administrator to join their friendly team.
In your new you will be playing a vital role in supporting with various administrative tasks across the business.
Daily Duties:
* Assist the Advisers with various tasks, acting as a liaison between them, providers, and clients.
* Prepare and send Advice letters
* Communicate with clients through secure messaging, email, or telephone to address queries.
* Handle allocated post and process new client setups in line with procedures.
* Collaborate with Adviser and Admin Team to meet service level agreements.
* Monitor and maintain client information on internal systems.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of client data and complete tasks in line with company policies.
* Open, scan, and allocate incoming post.
* Answer phone calls and redirect queries or take messages.
* Maintain client file documents and assist with marketing administration.
* Update online databases with client data
* Undertake any other administrative work as required.
Skills/ Experience:
* 1-2 years of administrative experience or a degree-level education
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Experience with CRM software (bonus!)
* A professional, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude Strong communication skills and a ability to prioritise tasks
