SFM Mobilisation Manager - Physical Security SME
Location: Mobile UK; ideally Midlands
Salary: £50,000 DOE + Car allowance
Working hours: 0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday

Duties/Responsibilities
* Manage Technology, Performance, People & SFM service streams within mobilisation and transition of new accounts.
* Act as the ‘Critical friend’ for HR, IT, and Business Standards.
* Support the delivery of the IT service stream as required.
* Complete any supporting activity the Business Standards team requires.
* Escalate risks or issues proactively as per the Risk Management framework.
* Implement the LfE process and work with the Head of Mobilisation to continuously improve the service.
* Manage and complete effective account recoveries and various change initiatives.
* Support EMCOR UK’s Business Development Team in selling EMCOR UK’s Mobilisation and Transition product to clients.
* Be an effective member of EMCOR UK’s Mobilisation and Transition Team.
* Support the design, implementation, and management of an effective TUPE process in collaboration with HR.
* Design, implement, and manage the TUPE competency assessment and training process.
* Establish and manage EMCOR’s relationship with client counterparts throughout M&T.
* Review and understand the commercial obligations for contractual service delivery.
* Maintain the People, Performance, Technology and Soft Services mobilisation programme pack.
* Design and implement all processes for the account in partnership with all service streams.
* Design technical specifications for SFM subcontractors in partnership with the procurement lead.
* Complete 100% of allocated stream activities within the M&T programme.
* Prepare and manage service stream related risk register during mobilisation phase.
* Prepare regular internal status reports identifying current and potential risks and opportunities.
* Design and implement account recovery plans and change projects.
* Make suggestions for M&T SOP improvements.
* Support the Transformation SLT with other reasonable requests.
* Work collaboratively with other Transformation Teams to share best practices.
* Design, implement, and manage the M&T reporting function for audiences.
Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW)
* Comply with EMCOR UK’s SSOW and HSW Policies and procedures.
* Use Intelex to report near misses or accidents and ensure actions are closed out.
* Complete x12 SCAs per annum and support the strategy of this team.
IT
* Act as Superuser on all relevant IT packages and systems.
* Keep up to date with relevant IT systems and utilise Office 365 and Smartsheet applications.
Client
* Establish a positive working relationship with all clients and end users.
* Ensure an effective feedback mechanism is in place for clients.
* Design processes to ensure operational excellence; with waste reduced and value add increased.
Commercial & Finance
* Deliver service in compliance with allocated budget.
* Satisfy all contract deliverables.
* Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met to avoid financial penalties.
Performance
* Ensure compliance with all relevant processes applicable to the role.
* Review processes to ensure operational excellence.
Management
* Complete any other reasonable request from management.
* Behave consistently in line with EMCOR UK’s values.
* Be organised and proactive, ensuring workload is prioritised.
Person Specification
* Significant experience in TFM operations.
* Experience in FM Helpdesk and CAFM Management.
* Experience in operating FM IT solutions.
* IT Superuser in Microsoft programmes/CAFMs.
* Knowledge of current legislation and mandatory standards.
* Valid full driving licence.
* Experience in managing Change/Business Improvement projects.
* Ideally Project Management accredited (AMPQ).
* Ideally Change Management accredited (AMPG).
* Ideally Six Sigma Accredited (Green Belt).
* Demonstrable management and leadership training (ILM accredited).
* Experience in managing the FM TUPE process.
