This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR and payroll services, particularly during a time of restructuring and staff transfers under TUPE.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Process transactions across HR and payroll systems, including creating positions and completing staff transfers. Produce and issue variation-to-contract documents. Verify and ensure employee pay accuracy. Support ongoing restructures and TUPE transfer processes. Manage mini-projects and additional processing tasks as required. Follow established processes while using initiative to manage workload effectively. Adapt to changes quickly and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a similar HR/Payroll environment is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to process transactions accurately. Proficiency with HR/Payroll systems. Ability to manage workloads independently while adhering to tight deadlines. Flexibility and a proactive approach to change management.
