The Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be focused on the delivery of a range of construction projects within the North West. Providing valuable leadership, support and prioritising the provision of a world class service to achieve success for their clients. Working within a close team, your role will include; writing briefs, providing client specific reports, co-ordinating and attending meetings, chairing meetings, taking minutes, managing, monitoring and updating trackers (risk registers, action trackers, cashflow reports etc), visiting site, reporting on progress and updating programmes. Following up on actions from other parties, writing scopes of services and procuring surveys and /or consultants, agreeing fees and managing the project budget. The projects you will be working on span a number of sectors including, but not limited to, hospitality, leisure and commercial offices. This role is offered on a largely remote basis, with a requirement to attend in person meetings with your line manager on a weekly basis within the Manchester/Liverpool region and to attend the head office in London on a fortnightly basis.
