This role would be perfect for an individual with prior HR experience, especially an individual who had worked with in developing benefits packages and employee benefits previously. Main Duties and Responsibilities Benefits administration including monthly PMI and cash plan deductions on payroll. Including auto-enrolment and amendments to contributions. Updating and maintaining employee information in relation to benefits including changes in salaries and name changes. Liaising with talent acquisition Project planning of yearly benefits roll out. Working with third party stakeholders to acquire new benefits for our employees.
