We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Call Auditor to join our team. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards in client interactions, we would like to hear from you.
Role Overview:
The Call Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that our client-facing teams consistently represent ReviewSolicitors in a professional and accurate manner. This involves ensuring that product demonstrations during client Zoom meetings are carried out correctly, that comprehensive and accurate notes are completed following each interaction, and that all follow-up actions are performed as required. The role is essential for upholding the quality of our client engagement, ensuring that our teams deliver consistent results and adhere to the company's best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review client Zoom demonstrations and client outreach calls to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
* Confirm that thorough and accurate outcome notes are completed following each client interaction.
* Ensure that appropriate follow-up actions are identified and executed in a timely manner.
* Prepare clear and concise summary reports for managers on a daily basis to assist them in managing their teams more effectively.
* Provide constructive feedback to team members on both strengths and areas for improvement.
* Maintain detailed records of call audits and monitor trends to support continuous improvement.
* Report any recurring issues or areas requiring further training or process adjustments to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a call auditing or quality assurance role.
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
* Strong listening and communication skills.
* Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
* Experience in client success, customer service, or account management is advantageous but not essential.

* This is a full-time role, although it can be adjusted to part-time if needed, offering additional flexibility to the successful candidate.
