Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Bromley - Secondary school - ASAP - £100-£115 a day depending on experience!
We are looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant who can start ASAP and commute to Bromley. The ideal candidate should have experience working with young people, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), challenging behaviour, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Would you consider yourself to be an individual with extensive knowledge of working with children and young people who have challenging behaviours? Do you consider yourself to be a strong role model for young people? If you answered YES to these questions, then this position may be perfect for you!
About the Role
If you have experience working with students who have challenging behaviours or have special educational needs, this role will involve assisting students in the classroom on either a 1:1 or small group basis. Your primary responsibility will be to support them with their academic studies and help maintain their interest in learning.
As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will also need to manage challenging behaviours and assist students with issues such as Mental Health challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), or ADHD. Quick thinking and effective action are essential when conflicts arise between students.
