Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying opportunities, contacting prospects, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate leads with medium to large businesses in the UK.
* Sell a range of digital marketing services, including:
* Paid Search & Display Advertising
* Social Media Marketing (paid, influencer, and organic)
* Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
* Represent the agency at conferences and networking events (some may be after-hours).
* Conduct prospecting calls, arrange meetings, prepare presentations, and pitch to potential clients.
* Build a sales pipeline and convert opportunities into clients with long-term revenue potential.
* Maintain and uphold AccuraCast’s reputation by conducting business in a professional and ethical manner.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong sales expertise and the ability to deliver results independently.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of business development experience in a marketing agency.
* At least 1 year of experience selling SEO or paid media services.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Articulate and fluent in English.
* Proven ability to generate and nurture leads, manage pipelines, and exceed targets.
* Comfortable working under pressure with set KPIs and deadlines.
* A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Personal Qualities:
* Highly motivated and results-driven.
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
* Organised, with strong time management skills.
Job Location
This is a remote role, but candidates must be within easy commuting distance of London to attend events and meetings regularly.
