(OTE 43,000 - 45,000 PA) Hours: Full Time, 45 hours per week, over 5 days. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who has a spirit of generosity towards both the team and PIG guests, a leader who can drive the departments revenue, working closely with our F&B manager to manage reservations, budgeting, and staffing costs. We are seeking for a Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 3 years of current and relevant restaurant and/or food & beverage management experience. You must have the competency to deliver high-volume and standards of restaurant operations, managing a team of 20 staff.
