The Package
Salary of £27,000 per annum
Permanent contract working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Working at our Head Office in Llandudno Junction and hybrid working

The Role – People Administrator
As part of the People Team, you will play a key role in delivering a range of processes and administration, supporting the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, retention, development, offboarding and leavers. You will also be involved supporting a range of people projects and initiatives and be accountable for the collation and dissemination of people data metrics. You will also be the first point of contact for generalist People related queries will provide essential first-stage advice and support to both managers and staff.
Our Requirements – People Administrator
CIPD level 3 qualified and willingness to work towards CIPD Level 5, or equivalent experience.
Approachable, with excellent customer service skills.
Excellent listening, interpersonal and communications skills.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Good level of computer literacy - proficiency with Microsoft based packages or similar.
Strong planning, prioritising, and organising skills.
You must be confident working on your own, using your initiative and as part of a team.
Understanding of General Data Protection Regulations and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with integrity is essential.
Previous experience working within an administrative HR role, experience using work-related databases/systems, knowledge or understanding of employment law, and key HR processes.
