IHG Hotels & Resorts are looking for a Food & Beverage Systems Manager (Hybrid) to join our UK&I Managed and Leased Hotels!

We are on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Systems Manager to join our UK&I team. Reporting to our Director of Food & Beverage (UK&I), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, supplier relations and support for all F&B systems across our properties such as: Oracle Symphony EPOS management, loading, optimisation, training, and supporting online ordering systems and table booking platforms. The F&B Systems Manager will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to support the hotels F&B systems.
What do we need from you?...
This role is a unique opportunity to share your F&B Systems knowledge, to ELEVATE operational practises and implement innovative solutions. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Oracle Symphony EPOS Management
* All menu management activities, such as configuration of new menus updates, central product policies, promotions, screen layouts and optimisation etc.
* Manage enterprise job role access levels, ongoing reviews, and maintenance process.
* Perform database cleansing and implementing efficiency improvements across all RVC’s.
* Support project teams with new hotel transitions/openings and pilot trial testing.
* Work with hotel teams to create system champions, create support materials with on property ongoing coaching and support.
* Optimisation of table booking platforms across the estate
* Supporting setup, cover growth and marketplace visibility.
* F&B Order & Pay Platform
* Work with hotel teams to create system champions, create support material with ongoing coaching and support plus general IT systems support, as required across the UK&I managed hotels.
The right person for this role will need to have:
* In-depth functional knowledge of Symphony EMC from an enterprise multiple site operation
* The ability to produce high-quality documentation to support the onboarding and end-user operational consistency.
* Experience in configuring Symphony environments, database management, product loading, optimisation and troubleshooting technical challenges.
* Manage end-to-end projects with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* A passion for F&B technology architecture and delivery with a continuous improvement focus to ELEVATE.
* Passion and interest in food and beverage is a must!
