* Has the skills to meet the needs of individuals, raise standards and facilitate effective transition from the EYFS to the National Curriculum.
* Has the capacity to lead other staff in one or more aspects of our curriculum provision.
* Will share our school vision and demonstrate commitment to our continued school improvement drive.
* Will work closely with colleagues, governors, parents and the wider school community.
* Is a practising Catholic or is supportive of the Catholic dimension of our community.
