Religious Studies Teacher Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Studies Teacher to join a dynamic faculty on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will inspire and engage students in the study of Religious Studies, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality RS lessons, KS3 and KS4, that align with the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
2. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.
3. Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Philosophy, Education, or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred).
2. Proven experience teaching at secondary level, preferably in a similar educational setting.
3. Strong knowledge of the RS curriculum.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
5. Dedication to promoting a positive learning environment and supporting the holistic development of students.
6. Commitment to upholding the school's values and ethos.
