As our team is expanding, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Analytics Reporting Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes – Unity Place. You’ll play a key role ensuring the consistent generation of I.T. Operations Reporting and the associated quality control and analysis the data for trend or anomaly. The reports we generate for the business provide key information and BI and are an essential part of the core I.T. operations team. You’ll collaborate closely with the Service Management Governance Specialist on the reporting of the I.T. Services, with specific focus on continuous monitoring, auditing, risk control and regulatory reporting. The difference you’ll make: Ensuring the consistent provision and precise detail of all I.T. Operational reports and being the Point of Contract for any incoming queries and requests Working in a team to collaborate with Service Management Governance to effectively measure reporting processes, and their adherence to internal and external statutory requirements including KPIs, OLAs and SLAs Attending Service Management reviews when required to improve quality and customer and colleague satisfaction Driving Systemic improvement initiatives for I.T. Operations Detecting and summarising patterns and anomalies in data and findings and consulting with the relevant departments to increase overall BI and data understanding Being responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the I.T. Operations reporting framework What you’ll bring: These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role: Experience working with and generating large and complex reports to many different business stakeholders and departments Understanding of working with reporting in a highly regulated and controlled environment would be beneficial Experience working with PowerBI and ServiceNow, and the generation and production of data structured reports High levels of attention to detail and data assurance Inquisitive nature in company wide data analysis, ability to question data anomalies with confidence Experience of assisting with compliance on applicable reporting regulations, standards, and frameworks by assessing and addressing compliance requirements within the organisation risk management processes It would also be nice for you to have: Experience within banking or financial institution technology operations Relevant work experience (IT Infrastructure Library), ISO 20000 Service Management Standard or equivalent What else you need to know: This permanent role is based in our Unity Place – Milton Keynes office. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
