Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within your designated territory. You’ll identify and develop new business opportunities and action HQ provided leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share
2. Identify and engage potential clients in sectors such as education, sports facilities, hospitality, and commercial spaces
3. Build relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and government agencies
4. Provide expert advice on modular infrastructure solutions and their benefits
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals with high revenue potential
6. Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven track record in B2B sales, construction, or modular infrastructure
2. Strong network in education, hospitality, or commercial property sectors
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
5. Ability to manage a full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
