Key Account Manager – On Trade, London & the South

Role Overview
In this role, you’ll be a key player in our on trade sales team, with responsibility for driving growth and positioning Days as the go-to 0.0% beer brand across London and the South region. You’ll focus on winning key groups, building strong relationships with multiple operator channels, and supporting our Stonegate business to enhance our national presence.
You’ll also own the regional wholesale channel, manage key customers, and have the freedom to shape your territory strategy. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with implementation, spending most of your time in the market to build partnerships, negotiate deals, and support venues with brand education and activation initiatives.
You’ll have full P&L responsibility, and your impact will be visible from the outset, contributing directly to our ambitious growth plans. At Days, you’ll join a young, dynamic business with a big vision, offering loads of opportunity to learn, contribute, and have fun along the way!
Responsibilities
· Live the brand and represent our values to all stakeholders
· Identify, win, and manage key multiple pub operators and regional wholesalers to expand our footprint in your territory
· Support our on trade team with the management of our national customers, including Stonegate
· Negotiate partnership agreements with key operators to boost sales and ensure brand growth
· Build best in class relationships across your customers to ensure Days becomes the top selling non alcoholic beer
· Actively build and maintain a network with key customers and opinion leaders within the On Trade
· Ensure the right brand activation items are placed in the right accounts, enhancing our brand presence and customer engagement
· Implement and execute incentive programs intended to support wholesalers to achieve their sales objectives
· Present concise, accurate information during conversations to persuade your customers to support Days
· Manager the P&L for your channel and deliver against the forecast
· Demonstrate drive and motivation to deliver the best outcome and consistently hit your sales objectives
Qualifications
· Passionate about our mission at Days and desire to build the next great beer brand championing a more positive lifestyle
· 3 years+ experience of the on trade
· Confident, outgoing and fun personality who loves dealing with people
· Demonstrate a desire to learn on the job, show initiative and exceed expectations
· Comfortable with numbers and mental arithmetic, able to make quick calculations under some time pressure
· Enthusiastic and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
