Your new role
This is a 6 months HR Advisor role specialising in employee relations. The purpose of this HR Officer role is to provide high quality HR advice and support to managers and staff, enable managers to build an inclusive, attractive, effective and safe culture, engage their staff, and effectively manage absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling ER cases, experience of working in a unionised environment, preferred public sector experience, and availability to start immediately.
