Our client a reputable, professional organisation based in Laindon, Basildon is looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have strong Administrative and IT skills, alongside a professional and confident manner. Commercial Administrator responsibilities include: - Handling telephone calls and mail, screening as appropriate. Typing, photocopying, filing and scanning PowerPoint Presentations Arranging meetings and seminars, ensuring that all participants have the relevant papers in advance Raising PO’s and processing invoices for payment What do you need: - Previous office Administration experience Previous experience of raising PO’s and processing invoices for payment Highly organised and able to manage time effectively Confident and professional approach Strong communication and people skills IT skills –Good knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint What’s in it for you:- Our client is offering a salary of £24,500 - £30,000pa depending on experience alongside a wealth of great company benefits. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and 8.30am – 4.30pm on Fridays
