Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, we are now looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive for our Head Office based in Liverpool. Key aspects of this exciting and challenging role include:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Serve as the first point of contact for lettings enquiries, understanding prospective tenants' needs and recommending the most suitable apartments/communities.
Offer expert advice and guidance, providing tailored recommendations to both direct and speculative enquiries.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective tenants by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
LEAD GENERATION
Identify and reach out to potential tenants through various channels, including social media, university partnerships, and local marketing.
Oversee our Rightmove adverts to ensure they are relevant, clear, and correct.
SALES PRESENTATION
Support the property team in conducting property tours as appropriate.
Prepare presentations that showcase the accommodation, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits of living with Urban Sleep.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Collaborate with property teams to build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and preferences.
Support property teams as needed by assisting at reception desks, fostering positive relationships with current residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
MARKET RESEARCH
Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to inform pricing strategies and optimize marketing campaigns.
Develop engaging promotional materials, online content, and targeted campaigns to attract students to Urban Sleep.
NEGOTIATION & CLOSING
Handle tenancy negotiations where appropriate and convert enquiries into signed leases.
Manage the process from enquiry throughout to move-in, supporting from Property Managers as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrable experience in sales is crucial to this role, in addition to:
1. Great IT skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
2. Previous experience working with booking software
3. Previous experience in hospitality/lettings
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. A mature, positive attitude
6. Professional presentation
7. Ability to provide excellent customer services to clients and colleagues alike
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
SALARY
£27,000.00 plus bonus

40 hours per week
