Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join the team in Litherland walk in centre.
Core duties will include assisting with staff workload planning, rota planning, managing absence, mentoring staff, identifying training needs including supervision and PACE processes, as well as various clinical meeting and diary support, across multiple sites. Working in close proximity with the team leader and operational manager.
Main duties of the job
1. To provide leadership management, supervision, and development of an effective flexible administrative team.
2. Assist the team leader as a focal point for communication for all staff within the team.
3. Contribute to the development and management of the administrative and clerical support service provided by Litherland walk in centre.
4. Establish, maintain and develop professional working relationships.
5. Provide an efficient and effective administration function service and support to the multidisciplinary clinical teams.
6. Demonstrate an attitude which respects and values both service users and their colleagues alike.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
MANAGERIAL AND LEADERSHIP:
1. Directly manage and supervise on a day to day basis members of the Administrative Teams.
2. Ensure the provision of effective and efficient administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team.
3. Provide regular formal supervision for each member of the Administrative Team.
4. Coordinate/participate in the recruitment process as necessary.
5. Support with the completion of E-Roster for the Admin Teams.
6. Monitor quality standards in the administrative team.
GENERAL:
1. Work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
2. Quality check Data Quality information and provide reports/statistics as required.
3. Ensure effective liaison with multi-disciplinary staff/patients/carers/outside agencies.
