We are seeking either an experienced community mental health nurse or a potential development post can be offered. Our service offers support to service users who have severe and enduring mental health issues, who are over the age of 65, living in the east of the Wakefield district. A car and driving license are essential for this role due to the area that we cover. The role of the post holder is to identify where vulnerable adults may be at risk, support their mental well-being so that they can live as independently and safely as possible within their local community.
