Due to the continued growth and success of the Association, we are now seeking applications for this exciting post within our Assets Directorate. This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid/smart working.
The Assets Manager, from a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services background, will manage performance and customer relations for the Association’s responsive maintenance service and assist the Director of Assets in the strategic delivery of a quality asset management service to the tenants.

Criteria
To be shortlisted, candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
1. Third level qualification (HNC, HND or Bachelor’s Degree) or above in a mechanical, electrical or Building Services discipline
2. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in reactive/response maintenance at a supervisory or management level, to include at least 2 years’ experience in minor works: value for money/benchmarking of costs, mobilisation of works and programme management.
3. Relevant experience that must include:
* MTC Contract management – mechanical, electrical & building fabric services
* Performance monitoring in a client-facing role (SLA’s & KPI adherence)
* Responsibility for customer engagement and satisfaction
1. Experience of constructing business cases, board reports and presentations
2. Experience of supervising staff which should include directing/delegating work and dealing with problems including identification and resolution.
3. IT literate with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, working with databases, spreadsheets, setting budgets
4. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*
