Head of Business Development
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Head of Business Development to work at a College in Hull, starting ASAP and for three months in the first instance, with the potential to increase in the future. This is to cover a vacant position, so the option for temporary to permanent opportunities Payment for this position will be between £24 and £35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours for this role are 37 hours per week and this is a position that is 52 weeks per year.
This role will involve taking responsibility for the leadership and management, daily operations and ongoing development of the college's employer engagement teams. This setting is one of the largest vocational institutes in the region, and has an aim to create careers and not courses. This will be an extremely vital part of the college's operations, and you will report directly to the Director of Apprenticeships.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Leading individual and team targets
2. Working with the apprenticeships team to generate results and grow the apprenticeship numbers within the college
3. Building mutually beneficial relationships, partnerships and external opportunities
4. Working with the wider leadership team to establish and develop the colleges commercial provision
Located in Hull, the school is easy to access and has an onsite car park that is free to use and usually has spaces. If not, there is a nearby car park which is £3 per day to park.
