Key Accountabilities
* Own outbound promotional communications across all social, physical, PR and website platforms
* Strike hyper-personalised relationships utilising CRM database
* Curate and promote a program of Events and Yard Meets capable of beat quarterly vehicle budgets
* Administer calendars on Eventbrite, maintaining an advance sale window of no less than eleven weeks
* Together with Team Principals (General Managers) ensure >50% of Events and Yard Meets are held with a collaborating partner
* Provide timely and concise program briefings, woven with automotive passion, that set up venue teams to execute flawlessly
* Craft distinct Event product identities that keep regulars returning and lower barriers to entry for new customers
* Promote all programming, with equal focus on existing and new customers to beat quarterly vehicle budgets
