About the Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing timber frame build projects across the Midlands. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and within budget, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing multiple timber frame build projects from start to finish.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including conducting site inspections.
* Leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
* Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure delivery excellence.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and housing associations.
* Proactively addressing challenges and problem-solving to ensure smooth project completion.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or a Site Manager ready for the next level.
* Strong knowledge and expertise in timber frame builds.
* Certifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid.
* Experience with housing association projects is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
