Are you ready to be a key player in our Distribution team, driving the success of our construction material products in Eastern?
As a Distribution Administrator, you will be at the heart of our customer interactions, handling inbound enquiries, providing essential sales admin support to external sales, pricing, chasing, and winning orders. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. This role is part time, 16 hours per week
You'll collaborate closely with our distribution and shipping team, managing customer orders and offering support over the phone. Your professionalism and dedication will shine as you represent the Breedon brand, delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
· Haulier queries
· Manage sales enquiries
· Ensure phones are answered in a timely manner and enquiries are suitably recorded for all products
· Handle telephone and email orders to and from customers
· Manage EPOD paper ticket process, ensuring daily checks are made via podfather for any outstanding tickets and chase the plants where and when needed to ensure the tickets are sent via the post
· Process unallocated EPOD tickets on a daily basis.
· Process OOH and day rate payments for tippers used in the area as & when needed
· Process haulage payments for RMX mixers, nightouts, add miles and transfers
· Process AVA £275 mixer payments
· Raise daily asphalt charges for any returned/dumped loads to ensure the customer is charged, cross referencing with planning if charges are needed 1st
· Raise and pay any hauliers from the returned asphalt report
· Check docket log daily for any quantities or prices which look incorrect
· Record Refused & cancelled orders for RMX on Excalibur
