Role: EYFS Teacher
Location: Dudley
Salary: £120 - £180 per day
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team in September 2024.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering our EYFS curriculum, providing a stimulating and supportive learning environment for children aged 3-5 years old. The EYFS teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. They will also work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver a diverse range of age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
2. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and curiosity
3. Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for development and providing targeted support as needed
4. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and collaboration
5. Maintain accurate records of children's achievements and development, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
6. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and maintain best practices in early childhood education
Requirements:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in early childhood education
8. Proven experience working with children aged 3-5 years old, preferably within an EYFS setting
9. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its principles of child development and learning
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
11. Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a commitment to providing stimulating and engaging learning experiences
12. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to support the holistic development of each child
13. A passion for early childhood education and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in children's lives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
