Mission: The position requires a proactive customer-driven approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility for producing an overall Project Solution, helping to implement and complete projects with the required levels of customer satisfaction and the Schneider Project Team. The role involves managing, engineering, planning, and resourcing multiple design projects within the End User Projects Team. The role requires close working with the Operations Manager, Project Managers, and the Engineering Manager of the Region and brings the opportunity to progress within the Projects Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the project team operates at the highest standards of Health and Safety.
2. Project business growth and profitability.
3. Customer satisfaction.
4. Deliver project excellence to our end-user base and throughout the contractual chain (M&E's, consultants, etc.).
5. Ensure compliance with our quality process and drive continuous improvements.
6. Help to manage resource planning and efficiency to maximize utilization.
7. Ensure efficiency and best practices are embedded in the project delivery process and culture.
This is key to raising competitiveness and profitability of the business.
Experience: Desirable experience in BMS projects or equivalent industry. Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer. Knowledge and experience of SE products preferred but not essential.
Education: HND/HNC, degree in engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience.
