Conceptualise and execute creative designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, social media content and brand logos, maintaining consistency in visual identity and messaging. Work closely with the Marketing team to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that resonate with our audience and drive engagement. Utilise motion design tools and animation techniques to bring static designs to life and enhance user experience across digital platforms. Stay abreast of design trends, industry best practices and emerging technologies and incorporate innovative ideas into design concepts and strategies. Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the creative vision and rationale behind each concept. Maintain and update design assets, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency and integrity across all brand touchpoints. Ideally the Creative/Graphic Designer will have the following skills and experience: Proven experience as a Senior Creative/Graphic Designer or similar role A strong portfolio showcasing brand development projects, marketing campaigns, and digital design work. Expertise in brand strategy development, with a deep understanding of brand identity, positioning, and messaging. Experienced using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as motion design tools such as After Effects or Adobe Animate. Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities A keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries. Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
