One of the UK’s largest providers of Diesel Generators is currently expanding and is looking for a Service Controller to join them on their journey.
A family-run business, they have grown from a small yard to five depots across the country, with one of the UK’s largest supplies of state of the art generators as well as specialist transport fleet.
They’re committed to sustainability and a greener future, and have rolled out hybrid BESS units, as well as looking into cutting emissions for their customers.
Working closely with their customers you will be responsible for responding to enquiries, advising on generator solutions, preparing quotations and managing administration processes.
Responsibilities:
* Answer telephone calls from customers.
* Produce hire quotes.
* Work with the depots for resource allocation and logistics scheduling.
* Chase outstanding quotes
* Produce paperwork
Necessary experience:
* Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
* Previous experience within customer service, or telephone sales.
* Good customer service experience.
