Main Responsibilities: * To ensure smooth and efficient management of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. * Be committed to delivering the highest standards of care by ensuring that the individual’s physical, emotional and social needs are met. * To demonstrate excellent leadership, motivation and communication skills. * To ensure the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008, CQC Regulations 2009 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 are adhered to. * Ensure care plans and risk assessments are prepared with the client, their representatives and related health professionals in order to achieve the best outcomes for each individual as per their individual requirements * To complete any required Safeguarding and CQC notifications
