Job summary We're looking to recruit a talented and motivated senior operational leader to take up the post of Deputy Divisional Director for Surgery and Cancer. The successful candidate will have extensive operational, people and financial management experience gained in an acute NHS setting and will need to draw upon previous experience of service planning, transformation and delivery of key performance targets to support the ambitious achievement of the recently published elective reform plan. Main duties of the job As part of the Clinical Division and in conjunction with the Divisional Director provide operational and managerial leadership to the Division, working in partnership with the Clinical Leads and other management and professional/clinical leads.
