An opportunity has arisen for a Smoking Cessation Co-ordinator to join the Smoking Cessation team. You will support the implementation of the NHS Long Term Plan for Treating Tobacco Dependence within Secondary Care.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual whose role will involve face-to-face, mainly ward-based communication, working closely with all staff and establishing and maintaining a robust, accessible, and flexible support team for staff and patients.
Previous experience/knowledge of smoking issues is essential.
Hours can be flexible.
