Your new company A fantastic opportunity is available for a Training and Operations Co-ordinator to work in the heart of fashionable Richmond for a leading manufacturing organisation. The client is looking to hire this role on a permanent basis for a newly created position, which is a unique blend of 4 core areas focussing around HR/Training, ESG, Legal and Insurance activities. The business is based a short walk from Richmond station and benefits from having free parking options available close by. Your new role This role is a blend of administrative duties including the HR and training elements, which include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, organising training workshops and seminars. You will assist with the development and maintenance of training materials and resources, ensuring to document progress of employee training completion. Other duties include ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) aspects by supporting the monitoring of these initiatives and programs, data collection and staying informed about industry trends and best practice. Administrative elements also include maintaining insurance records including those of policies and claims, liaising with insurance providers and brokers, helping manage legal contracts and any other ad hoc requirements from the Operations and HR Director. Due to the sensitive nature of these records, a high level of discretion is required for this position. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have recent experience in a varied administration/co-ordinator position for a minimum of 2 years, ideally where you are handling sensitive information with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and significant experience using Microsoft Office Packages. You will ideally have an interest in HR, ESG and Legal activities although experience in these areas isn't necessarily required. This position is fully office based 5 days a week, therefore local candidates or those within an hour's commute can only be considered. What you'll get in return In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience, free parking available on site, pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement of 33 days per year including bank holidays, private medical with potential opportunities in the future for support with development/qualifications. You will also receive a discount on the company's products/servicesStandard hours are 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday, although flexible hours within 8-6pm will be considered, such as working 8.00-4.30pm, 9.00-5.30pm or 10.00 -6.30pm.
