Emscote Vets are seeking a passionate and committed Clinical Director to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Director looking for a fresh challenge or a practicing Vet ready to take the next step into leadership. We are committed to your success, with an Area Director and Area Support Manager dedicated to providing guidance and support as you transition into your role as Veterinary Clinical Director. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting and performing surgeries alongside a team of skilled and experienced veterinary professionals. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of care and service for our patients and clients, while driving sustainability and productivity within the practice.

This position will include working up to 40 hours per week with flexibility for part-time roles. The practice opening hours are from 8:30am-6:30pm with the shift pattern being negotiable. You may be required to work some Saturday morning shifts; however, there is no out-of-hours requirement.
