We are currently recruiting for a Pack/Quality Auditor to join our Quality Team in Minworth/Birmingham. The Pack/Quality Auditor will assist the department with the maintenance of the QEHS systems and procedures. Conducting quality pack audits on all products and processes and reporting the results. Ensuring that process and packing specifications are followed correctly, and that all products inspected meet the required specifications/standard.
How you will contribute
* Ensure quality checks are conducted to the required standards.
* Conduct internal audits to the audit plan.
* Control & monitor quality issues and escalate to Team Leaders & Management team as required.
* Record accurate information into the quality control system in a clear & precise manner.
* Create quality reports based on findings of the QA checks.
* Confirm & validate issues have been rectified.
* Support and complete other Quality related tasks.
What you will bring
* Experience of working in an automotive or logistics environment.
* Senior Operator experience with specific adherence to work processes and procedures.
* Basic knowledge of quality auditing.
* Ability to communicate and deal with a variety of people.
* Ability to perform repetitive duties and detail work accurately.
* Ability to work with frequent distractions.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Administrative ability.
* Good customer service and/or interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products, namely Excel.
* Able to react quickly to the ever-changing business model.
* Strong knowledge of operational processes.
