Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our Glenrothes based client.

Responsibilities:
1. Leading and mentoring the commercial team, promoting a positive and high-performance culture.
2. Overseeing and managing all aspects of the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to specifications, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
3. Coordinating with various teams and departments, monitoring timelines, and implementing quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Assisting in the management of commercial contracts.
6. Utilising the business ERP system for analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
7. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
8. Monitoring and reporting on commercial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
9. Contributing to the development and implementation of commercial strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a commercial or similar role; combined with a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Plus, the following key skills and traits:
1. Strong planning and project management experience.
2. Effective leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Basic negotiation and contract management knowledge.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
7. A team player with good leadership qualities.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
