Working within our community allows us to lead, provide, and influence care so that anyone affected by a life-limiting illness has access to the best possible support when and wherever they need it.We are now looking for a Senior Payroll and Pensions Administrator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 22.5 hours per week across three days.The Benefits- Salary of £27,917 - £31,106 per annum, FTE pro rata

You will also oversee pension administration for the NHS and Royal London pension schemes, ensuring staff receive the correct entitlements.Additionally, you will:- Act as the main point of contact for staff and third parties on payroll and pension-related queries
- Process timesheets, expenses, and variable pay-run data
- Handle part-month payments, starters, leavers, and reconciliations
- Support payroll-related projects and initiatives within the HR teamAbout YouTo be considered as a Senior Payroll and Pensions Administrator, you will need:- Proven experience in payroll administration (either in-house or through a payroll bureau)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work to deadlines with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good MS Excel skills and proficiency in reconciliation processes
