We are looking to recruit a number of exam invigilators to join our friendly and well-established bank of staff. The role involves assisting in the supervision and administration of external examinations and acting alongside, or instead of, permanent staff of the College. You will also ensure that the security and integrity of the examination is maintained in accordance with the regulations of the examining body and of the College.
We have set up a 'panel' of reliable persons whom we ask to invigilate on specific days or sessions, possibly at fairly short notice. In view of the increase in examinations this year, we are enlarging this panel. An academic background is not necessary, the most important qualities required being honesty, integrity and common sense. Assistance and guidance will be given. Invigilators will be responsible to the Lead Examinations Officer.
