ROLE: Mid Designer
Amazing opportunity to join an independent integrated communications and public affairs agency with a focus on health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for a range of B2B and B2C projects, including digital content, print collateral, branding, infographics, websites, presentations, and social media assets.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project briefs and deliver high-quality, effective design solutions tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Develop and maintain strong brand identities for clients across all platforms, ensuring design consistency and alignment with the client's business objectives.
- Serve as the sole designer, driving creative direction for projects, offering new design concepts, and presenting work to clients while taking ownership of the design process from start to finish.
- Use creative design thinking to solve communication challenges, particularly in the health sector, ensuring that even complex information is presented in clear and engaging ways.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and quality is maintained.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive design experience in B2B and B2C sectors, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD).
- Experience in both digital and print design (brochures, presentations).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of healthcare communications is a plus.

- £40-45k
- Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days at home
