About The Role: We are working with an innovative, desirable, and multi-award-winning architecture practice that have a large portfolio of internationally renowned projects under their belt, they are looking for a Communication Assistant to join their social and friendly team. Within this role you will assist in the practice’s entire bid process from creation to submissions and collaborate with the marketing team on the pursual and support of new business initiatives including award submissions and press outreach. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, have strong communication skills and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. This role would suit a proactive, communicative individual with strong time management skills, who is looking to take the next step within their career. Our client offers a social environment within a reputable practice, hybrid working options and flexible working options are available at their stunning office Key Responsibilities: Support bid submissions, award entries, and business development efforts Research and track new opportunities via tender portals Assist with press outreach and maintain media contacts Organise and update project resources, CVs, brochures, and publications Maintain and develop CRM and press databases Contribute to client research and business growth strategies Ensure consistency in branding and graphic materials Monitor media coverage and update internal records Key Skills/Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under deadlines Professional and confident in verbal and written English To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
